This data is collected from publicly available sources including company websites, Companies House, business directories, Google Maps listings, professional networking sites, and publicly available domain registration data.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for processing personal data. We rely on the following:

Legitimate interests assessment for B2B contact data: We have carried out a legitimate interests assessment (LIA) for the B2B contact data in our platform. The processing is limited to business contact information for business-to-business intelligence purposes, the data subjects are professionals acting in a business capacity, and we have implemented safeguards including suppression lists, opt-out rights, and source verification. A copy of our LIA summary is available on request.

5. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Leadovix platform
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support
• Send service and transactional emails (e.g. account notifications, security alerts)
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law

• A buyer or successor, in the event of a sale, merger, or restructuring of Leadovix.

Some of our service providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure an adequate level of protection by using:

• Transfers to countries deemed adequate by the UK Government, or

• B2B contact database: continuously verified and refreshed; outdated records are removed or updated. Suppression-list entries are retained indefinitely to honour opt-outs.
• Website analytics: typically up to 26 months

Removal from our B2B contact database: If your business contact details appear in our platform and you would like them removed or suppressed, email contact@leadovix.com with the subject “Data Removal Request”. We will action this within 30 days and add you to our permanent suppression list.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. session, security)
• Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. Google Analytics)
