This Privacy Statement explains how Leadovix Limited (“Leadovix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website (leadovix.com, app.leadovix.com), use our platform, or interact with us.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. The personal data we collect
We collect personal data in three contexts:
(a) Visitors to our website
- Name, email address, and company (if you submit a form, request a demo, or join the waitlist)
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (via cookies and analytics tools)
(b) Customers and account holders
- Name, business email, phone number, job title, company
- Account credentials (password is stored encrypted)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details)
- Usage data: searches you run, lists you create, contacts you export, AI queries you ask
(c) Business contacts in our database
Leadovix maintains a database of UK business contact information used by our customers for business-to-business outreach. This data includes:
- Full name and job title
- Business email address
- Business phone number
- Business LinkedIn or public social profile URL
- Employer / company information
This data is collected from publicly available sources including company websites, Companies House, business directories, Google Maps listings, professional networking sites, and publicly available domain registration data.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for processing personal data. We rely on the following:

Legitimate interests assessment for B2B contact data: We have carried out a legitimate interests assessment (LIA) for the B2B contact data in our platform. The processing is limited to business contact information for business-to-business intelligence purposes, the data subjects are professionals acting in a business capacity, and we have implemented safeguards including suppression lists, opt-out rights, and source verification. A copy of our LIA summary is available on request.
5. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the Leadovix platform
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support
- Send service and transactional emails (e.g. account notifications, security alerts)
- Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law
- Improve our products, train internal models, and run analytics
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers act as our data processors under written contracts.
- Our customers, in respect of B2B contact information they search, view or export from the Leadovix platform — solely for their lawful B2B outreach purposes.
- Professional advisers, including legal, accounting, and audit advisers, where required.
- Authorities and regulators, where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor, in the event of a sale, merger, or restructuring of Leadovix.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure an adequate level of protection by using:
- Transfers to countries deemed adequate by the UK Government, or
- The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with appropriate supplementary measures.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Account data: for the duration of your subscription, plus 6 years after closure (for tax and contract records)
- Marketing data: until you opt out or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner
- B2B contact database: continuously verified and refreshed; outdated records are removed or updated. Suppression-list entries are retained indefinitely to honour opt-outs.
- Website analytics: typically up to 26 months
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@leadovix.com. We will respond within one month.
Removal from our B2B contact database: If your business contact details appear in our platform and you would like them removed or suppressed, email contact@leadovix.com with the subject “Data Removal Request”. We will action this within 30 days and add you to our permanent suppression list.
10. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. session, security)
- Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Marketing cookies — to measure campaign performance (where you have consented)
You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular backups, and staff training. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Leadovix platform is intended for business use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (for account holders) or by prominent notice on our website. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
